Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the E-Bike

  Carefully repackage the bike in its original box, ensuring the battery is disconnected and all chargers, keys, and manuals are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and schedule a professional courier collection or drop the package at a certified shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
