Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your new ride.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Our e-bikes typically offer a range of 35 to 60 miles depending on the model, terrain, and level of pedal assist used. Charging to 100% usually takes between 4 and 6 hours.
Do I need a special license to ride an e-bike?
In most regions, our e-bikes are classified as Class 1 or Class 2, meaning they do not require a special driver's license or insurance. However, we recommend checking local regulations regarding age limits and helmet laws.
How is the bike delivered and is assembly required?
Your bike will arrive 85% pre-assembled in a heavy-duty box. You will only need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and the odometer must show fewer than 10 miles.
Are the e-bikes waterproof for riding in the rain?
Our bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or storing the bike outdoors in heavy downpours to protect the electrical components.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every E-bikes purchase comes with a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
